When I was first starting out in business, I felt so frustrated with systems and definitions of success that were inconsistent with my values. I wanted to change the system. So I did. By setting goals using scientific principles I learned in graduate school, I redefined my life and vision of success.
Too many blogs and courses paint the process of goal setting as both transcendent and easy. This results in unhealthy self-talk such as: “I just couldn’t make that work. It must be me. I failed at this. I’m lazy.”
My goal with this course is to acknowledge that goal setting is uncomfortable and hard. It really sucks. But! If we lean into the suckage, we can use it to make amazing things happen. Let’s laugh together, love ourselves, and accomplish big things.

The course is accessible through your web browser and best viewed on a desktop or laptop computer. There is an easy-to-use navigation menu on every screen. Videos are embedded in the pages and viewable with a click. Some lessons are revealed through screen interaction (mouse click or finger tap).
